I am Richard “Dick” Barbar. I have been a member of Los Californianos for 40 years and am currently finishing my first full term on the Los Californianos Board of Directors. This past year, with ongoing travel and communication difficulties, the Board has made great progress in revitalizing the organization and reconnecting to the members.
